Privacy Policy
This policy explains how BaghChal: 3D Royal Strategy handles your information when you play, create an account, use online features or make optional purchases.

Data We Collect
- Account and profile: email address, username, user ID, optional profile photo and, if phone sign-in is used, phone number. Authentication providers process sign-in credentials.
- Game activity: match history, wins, ranking, progress, coins, diamonds, unlocked items and referral activity. A guest identifier may be created even without a registered account.
- Purchases: transaction references, purchase status and purchased items. Payment providers process payment details; we do not store full card numbers or banking credentials.
- Device and service data: IP address, device and app information and operational logs may be processed to deliver and protect online services. Advertising services may collect advertising identifiers, ad interactions and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Notifications and support: device push tokens and notification preferences if you enable notifications, and information you send when contacting support.
How We Use Data
We use information to provide sign-in, save progress, connect online players, display profiles and rankings, process purchases and rewards, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and maintain the game. Your username, profile photo and relevant game statistics may be visible to other players.
Advertising partners use data to deliver and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted and subject to your consent or device settings. We do not sell your account information.
Network requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. No system is completely secure. Account information is generally kept while your account is active or needed to provide the service, subject to deletion requests and the limited retention described below.
You can play available offline modes without signing in, edit your profile, decline optional photo access, and turn off notifications or adjust advertising preferences in device settings. Guest play does not necessarily prevent advertising providers from collecting device data when connected.
The game is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your BaghChal: 3D Royal Strategy account and associated data without reinstalling the app.
- Email questkingsaport@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my BaghChal account”.
- Send the request from your registered email address and include your username or user ID. For a guest or phone-only account, include your user ID and we will explain how to verify ownership. Never send your password, OTP or payment credentials.
- After verifying ownership, we process the request within 30 days and confirm completion by email.
Deletion removes your account/profile, associated progress, balances, unlocked items and linked match/referral records from active account storage. It is permanent. Limited transaction or security records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention or dispute resolution, only for as long as necessary; provider records are subject to their policies. We will explain any applicable retention in our response.
You can also request deletion of specific data, such as your profile photo, or ask for a copy of your account data at the same email address.
Third Party Services
- Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication: account authentication. Google Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob: ad delivery and measurement. How Google uses advertising data.
- Stripe: processing optional purchases where available. Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Expo, Emergent and managed notification providers: application delivery, hosting, sign-in support and push notifications. Device push tokens are processed to deliver notifications when enabled.
- Twilio: SMS verification if phone sign-in is available. Twilio Privacy Notice.
These providers may process information on infrastructure outside your country. Their own policies also apply. We update this page when relevant services or practices change.
